The other side of the engine area. Also the airbox is not glued down.

Close up of the steering wheel. I have added Modellers CF decals to the center of the steering wheel. The reear is hard to see so I did not add wiring as seen in references. The instruments were coloured with decals that I made from my ALPS printer. Ther sure weren't the easiest to apply. Oh and look at the mirrors which are clear aluminum sheet cut to fit and applied with white glue.

The front suspension and you can barely see the sprayed on CF pattern. I like

The nose. All the white areas are the kit decals. Being on a deadline I assembled teh entire front wing and painted everything red. The white decals are actually very opaque and conform to the shape of the kit part with a bit of work and Solvaset. If you want the fine detail on the front wing to show up better then painting is the way to go but the decals are still very good and does make life much easier.

Here is the wheels painted with Alclad II Polished Aliuminum. This took 2 tried to get right. I also adde tire valves from brass rod and a PE nut and metal aftermarket wheel nuts. Perfect Parts make a very nice set to detail the wheel nuts but I am saving it and the Scale Motorsport PE set for the superdetailed project.

I am so proud of the steering wheel and mirrors I have to show them again.

The rear engine area. I am trying to show the gold and silver foil over the rear suspension . This stuff is provided in the kit but you have to cut out the shapes yourself using theh template in the instructions. They give you lots of extra so don't worry about mistakes
