A&A Tray Assembly

This is the assembly method I have been working out for the A&A Tray run that was recently done. Note that the material is 0.25 inch thick PVC. You will need PVC glue to glue the parts together. Some of the earlier parts were cut out of 0.50 inch thick PVC material. All this means is there is less work needed to assemble the tray. NOTE That this is not complete yet but was put up as a starting point

Here are the upper tray parts. I have inserted wood screws into the holes to make the parts easier to identify as the holes do not turn up well in the photos

We do not need the lip and insert at this point and will be working with these parts

Doubling up each part to make 0.50 in thickness we have separated the parts into the order that they will be assembled finally
