I am using Bondo as a putty to save costs. Would going with a different material have made things easier? Hard to say.
More grinding with a fine tip in the Dremel tool
Grinding with a dremel tool does kick up a lot of dust so I do wear a respirator while doing this to prevent breathing in the fine dust
