I poured the RTV rubber in one shot to speed things up. Also mainly because I didn't have enough clay to made half the mould. I tried to use a short cut on another mould and it failed miserably. To make the parting line I cut the mould in 2 along a line I thought best for casting. Demoulding process was harder then I thought. This is mainly due to the large undercut for the area between the back of his leg and jacket.
