Serenity - June 1, 2009
Of course this was all done since the last update but most of it was putting and sanding so I have not been updating. Here it is almost done

The mould after pouring. I almost ran out of RTV rubber. It is not the best stuff as it was too viscous and a lot of air bubbles were trapped. I tried to minimize the air bubbles that might mar the finish by first brushing on the first coat of RTV rubber
The next day the box was removed. I will let it sit for one more day to be sure the rubber is cured.
