Soldered up a circuit board I purchased. It is a rotating windmill. I am going to try and replace the kit LEDs with my own 3mm ones

Since this windmill has 6 rotating fins my 20 LED circuit could not be used. It turns out that the circuit is actually 3 circuits so I decide to try and cram in 21 LEDs. A new layout was drawn, printed and drilled out.

Quite the mess. To test things out I used alligator clips on everything. The circuit doesn't seem to work properly. Not being an electronics guru I try and figure out what the problem is but give up after a while and figure I damaged a couple of the transistors while I was soldering everything on.
