Some damage as one of the turkey feather assemblies does not come out of the mould well

So each resin set is done with 5 pours (see the 5 cups?)

Shuttle arms are one pour with Alumilite. Due to the length of time to open the mould and dab in some resin and make sure there is no air, close up the mould and put in the box. Repeat. The resin starts to cure so any excess resin is wasted

Alumilite again is used for the landing pads. Again due to teh short pot life I can only pour teh 5 moulds and do a quick check to see if there are bubbles that can be removed before the resin curse up.

Another pour with the longer curing resin for the engine exhaust turkey feathers, Shuttle head, and shuttle wings. After that the resin starts to cure and I can squeeze in one or two of the large turkey feathers

Another pour for the shuttle body and maybe the remaining turkey feathers. One last pour for the solar panels and maybe the soldering jig.
