More castings. I have enough landing pads to satisfy my set of 10 but am continuing making them for later

To remove the master I cut into the mould. I only cut as much until I can get the master out. This is then my mould. A bit quicker then a 2 part mould but it produces other problems.

I can't wait so I start casting using Alumilite

While that cures I rebuild the box to make a second mould. Why not

And here we are again in the vacuum chamber to boil away as many air bubbles as possible

First pull and the bottom part of the mould is a massive air bubble. This casting I just poured and squeezed the mould to try and get the air bubbles out. It looks like I will have ot take a more aggressive approach.
