Trying to remove the sides then chips the base. I can't seem to win. Later I will try and touch up the base and hope it will look OK

Yeah well the mould for the shuttle body cured OK However my use of mould release compound was not as successful as the 2 sides are very stuck together. It takes me over half an hour to finally be able to pry the sides apart

A first pour. However I am too anxious and pour before I cut a gate to allow air bubbles to escape. It does look OK

The first body and wings. A bit anxious pulling them as the resin is still slightly flexible
