I am not sure if it is due to improper mixing of the rubber or the interaction with the release agent but parts of the rubber is not fully cured. I am thinking improper mixing. I was a bit rushed since there was only a 30 minute working time before it starts to set up

I prime the shuttles and you can see how rough it is. This is the white resin one which I do not really like

The underside with a bad mould seam line. Thankfully with the shuttle installed in the docking bay you can not see the bottom. It will be more critical for the flying one if/when that mould cures. I have not checked that mould today to see if it has cured yet.
