Well it turns out there were some imperfections to the letters so out came the putty
Cleaned up
Then I noticed that my initial gluing was not perfect and that some letters were not perfectly flat against the styrene so I had to fill the gap with more putty
So it has been a month since I dropped off the main body parts to a local guy for a quote on making moulds. I have not heard back from him and am getting worried. How hard is it to get a quote since it is his business. What worries me is that nothing has been done on them yet.
