Pouring of the mould. However 3 days later and the rtv has not cured yet. Either it is bad RTV or I did not put in enough catalyst. I have no choice but to wait and hope it cures eventually. I guess about a week and a bit will be enough time before I consider it failed. The problem is the new RTV I got is too hard and not as flexible as this stuff. My local hobby store can not get a supply of the older stuff so I might have to go to a different supplier and try some different stuff.
So here are the letters all cleaned up and almost ready to mount
