The brittleness of the white type resin rears it head again. It appears that the mixing ratio of this resin is a bit more touchy then the Alumilite. Broken but fixable
The haul for the last 2 days
The wing tips are glued back on.
Demoulding the new sensor array and turkey feathers mould
Also the solar panel mould
the sensor array actually cracked in half (middle piece)
The next casting with beautiful unbroken, no bubble wing tips. Even though it has worked I am looking at a modified master when I make a second mould
