Hmm Deja Vue. Been there done that. Look for a lot more photos like this
Prepping the second mould. Pulled out the play-doh and will start the process of removing all the little bits. There is also some damage to one of the parts that will need to be fixed.
As much of the Play-Doh is removed as possible. The part is fixed and ready for pouring of the rubber after a coat of petroleum jelly.
The mould for the solar panels is prepared for the second half. Again more cleanup needed
Much much later the mould has been cleaned up.
One mould is poured and put in the vacuum chamber
Repeated with the second mould
