Using the existing moulds I try and start poring with the resin I have. It has a 5 minute pot life so in theory I should have loads of time to get as many bubbles out as I can. This is the engine exhaust

Disaster as the resin is brittle and the engine exhaust parts breaks up as I try and remove it from the mould
Sensor arrays look good
Not bad but demould time is half a day.
