To add the detail piece here I start with masking tape and draw in the part
The masking tape is cut to shape
This is then transferred to the aluminum sheet and cut out
After removing the template the part is a bit rough and needs to be cleaned up to make it symmetrical
One I am satisfied the part is glued on
Now onto the side detail pieces. I start with a rough shape
It will need tweaking as it is slightly off. This view shows the surface the part will be glued to
