Test fitting the shuttle into the alcove. Better to do it now then find out later on that all teh detail pieces I have added have enlarged it so it does not fit in
This is mainly to check the fit and to see what the shape of the neck will be so it still fits

And now the other side just to be sure

So back to detailing the thing. Now we are on the underside of the front part of the shuttle. Areas are marked out in marker
Pieces of styrene are glued on
Then small pieces are cut and filed to shape to fill in the gap
