Now I am off on more detail pieces. Here you can see the small triangular pieces that I made and glued on yesterday. The green tape is a marker for the angle I will be cutting the strip to match the window angle

Here are the 2 pieces cut to rough shape. They still need to be refined to fit better

Again with the masking tape to line up the part before I peel it back to apply glue

And here we have the 2 parts installed

Now for more details. I thought this would be quick. Punch some circles with the punch set and then glue on

Well it turns out even the smallest punch produces a circle too big for what I want

Then I try a dot of glue. It looked good at first but as it dried it looked terrible.

Another view. I tried this several times before giving up

So I attack it a different way. I found some really small diameter tube and I drilled tiny holes into where I wanted the detail. I then cut a small length of the tube and glued it into the hole. The results looks simple but it was far from that considering the size of the parts

The other side.

I edit the html of my web page using MS Word 97. It tries to put in code showing which program I use to edit the html but I strip it all out. At work MS Word is more advanced so it bloats the html to 3 times the size that is needed and puts in a bunch of garbage I have no idea what it does. That's progress.

I haven't learned flash or other languages but I am not sure if I need to. I don't know if I want to add all that fancy stuff. I like to keep things simple.
