Ok these are the door to the shuttle. Not take a god long look as the raised lip around the doors took over 2 hours to do. It sure looks simple but the things are tiny and I had to try 3 times on one of them as they outer strip just did not want to go on. Even now one side is not as good as the other one. Next the lip was filed down to the proper height

The back side is a solid chunk of CA glue for strength.

Next is to start digging out a recess for the door

It took a dremel tool with a tiny milling bit to get what I needed. The exacto knives were not doing the trick

Ok my second source for making the mould is out of the country. So this means I have to wait for my first guy. This has left me frustrated, as even though I still have the shuttle and base to do as well as making moulds for some of the simpler items I feel stalled. I hate having to work to someone else's schedule and losing control of the process.
