So it is getting very close to the end. A few more things and I can have the body looked at for quotes for casting. While that is being done I can work on the shuttle and a base.

There are loads of recessed vents and stuff. Making a mould may be next to impossible since some of the recessed areas are fairly deep. Casting would also be a nightmare since there are so many places air bubbles can be trapped. Pressure casting may help and I sure hope that is the solution.

Then there is the question if a kit is viable. Let's see what the casting guy says. That will determine a lot.
