It took at least 3 tries to get the right side solar panel in the correct position so the angles and such corresponded with the other side.

Backtracking I put the aluminum tube over the brass body mount so I can check out the installation and mark where I want to cut and the angle I want to get the panel in the position I want. Does that sentence make sense?
The mounts are circular so yes the panels can be rotated. If I make a kit I am banking on the modeler being able to check references so make sure the orientation of the panels is right.
