Here I go again trying to do some more photo etching. Here I sand the brass with 2000 grit sandpaper and still it looks too rough. I also use the spray cleaner which maybe a mistake
Print out on the transfer paper. The main items I am looking at are the solar panel frames. The other stuff is extras and if they turn out then great
Transferred to the brass
Using the green foil I again get terrible results. It is frustrating as I an not sure where the problem is.
I try again but I do not use the green foil and use just the Toner Transfer paper and go directly into the chemical bath. I am using 0.003" material instead of 0.005 material
It starts to eat through

Where the bubbles rise the etching is the quickest.
The results. Some areas still have some brass left, as it did not etch through completely. Results look good so far
