All framing done. Next it is sanding the entire thing to the same level. This is done with files and sandpaper. Here the recessed areas are all filled with junk

I had this brilliant idea (aren't they always) of instead of building the complete outer frame and sticking this in. makes sense? Well maybe I am not describing it well but hopefully you will see what I mean. Anyways I slowly build up the frame to match the recessed walls.

Then I light tack glue the new part in

Pulled from the model I apply more glue to make it more solid. Of course this is done so I do not accidentally glue the part into the model
