The parts all trimmed down. This had to be done carefully as too much force and some of the little ribs can break off which did once.

Pull off the aluminum sheet detail pieces
Start scribing and cutting
And the length s slightly long so more cutting and filing
The part is used as a template to make sure progress goes as planned. It is getting there.
