So this is the area that I found detail was lacking on my model and I had to add. Here I am making a template

But first I flip the thing over and press against some 600 grit sandpaper to make sure the ends are entirely even.
making a mould of the engine exhausts Not really needed since I had made 2 exhausts out of the parts but I thought a one piece item would be stronger.
