So here we have the culprits. On the right are the new and improved parts. Which leaves to the left the original parts.
Lots of cutting and grinding and we have parts.
The inner core was recessed to allow the outer ring to be easier sanded level by placing the part on a piece of sandpaper and um sanding.
Sanding test fitting yada yada. Oh shiney now I am more happy that it is more accurate.
