Close up

Well Top Gun was on TV today. I love the F-14 fighter and I think that is why I liked the movie. It has some great lines in it. It also briefly has Meg Ryan which is a good thing in my books. Actually I recorded it on my DVD recorder. I then went back and edited out all the commercials before watching it. Surprisingly or maybe not, the movie was 2.5 hours and this edited down to 1.75 hours. Meaning there was 0.75 hours of commercials. As I edited it I can see the overall timeline and the amount of commercials is disgusting. Thank goodness for the DVD recorder. So what does this have to do with the model? Well I work on the model as I watch TV. Or more accurately the TV is on in the background as I build. So the above progress on my model is about 1.5 hours of work. It sire doesn't seem to be much progress for the time used up. Too much of a perfectionist? Probably
