Now to start the smaller panels

These panels I am vac forming out of sheet styrene because I want to light the rear engine and I think this thin styrene will do the job. I considered clear acetate but then I would have to give it a matte finish anyway.

If I were to cast it I would have to make a new master with an inner and outer mould. This would be tricky but I can then control the inner wall thickness so the panel places would be thin. Will it work? I don't know since I am not there yet.

The rest of the engine part will be primed with a grey primer to prevent light leakage.
