The first one is marked again to give me an idea at the minimum I can make the master for vac forming

The second one is being de-moulded

I forgot that the vac form table needs the sheets to have the holes around the edge or it will not work properly so I have to make holes in the sheets. This was done with a Dremel tool and a small bit.

A wasted sheet as when the sheet heated up it pulled away from the holder and created an openig which does not allow for a tight seal for vac forming

One sheet that has been successfully vac formed over the masters

Shot of the old tried and true vac form table

The masters. 3 small holes has been drilled into the bottom of the masters to allow air to be sucked out the lowest point for a complete seal

Another view of the set up. The yellow tape around the edge was a tip from another modeller to prevent leakage during the vac forming process

A less then successful pull. A proper stroke was not achieved with the machine and not enough vaccuum was pulled

On the left is a good pull while the right is the OK one. I will use this last as I am making the parts
