Need to start by opening up the holes. Then cutting and shaping the tube to the desired shape needed
Done but it looks like crap. Argh what a waste of time. The ones underneath look good but these look oversized. Time to take them out and try something else. I am committed to this path with the raised lip unfortunately
The parts removed. Don't they look nice. Well they should since there is quite a bit of work in them
Time to fill in the mistakes
And the other side too. This has to be done in layers to make sure the putty dries thoroughly
And another aluminum panel gone. You wold think they were primary buffer panels
and another
