Progress as more slits added.
Area to be carved out. I am getting the hang of this process and it is going a bit faster. First start the opening with the exacto knife
Next come in with the rotary tool and mill type but to take out the styrene and putty as best as I could.
Finally I use the exacto knife again to get a clean edge
All of a sudden the vents are done. Actually this took over an hour to do. The spacing between the slats on one was uneven and I have to break it apart and redo part of it.
