I took some 400 & 600 grit sandpaper to smooth out the surface of the new engine intake. There were still visible some tiny imperfections and I wanted to fix them. I should cast it as is and live with it but I can't. Somebody stop me.
OK more sanding. Still trying to find an image of the middle of that engine intake.

I will have to say that Firefly and Serenity has allowed me to meet some very good people I now consider friends. The fantable was a very enjoyable experience and shindigs are always fun. It has also caused me some angst with some people acting like idiots.
