After more filing the engine blades go in
But fit is tight and it splits the part so this will need fixing
Back to these holes
Started to drill the hole again but the putty cracks
Clean it out
and use automotive putty. Let it sit to be worked on on another day

One done lots to go
Done on the one side but the back side is the good side
Minor tweaking to make it look better. I will let it sit and return to it tomorrow to see if it needs any more tweaking
