Well back to the top of the wings. This is the 3rd time I believe I have reworded this area

Starting the cutting out process. Boring and time consuming

I just checked and I have been working on this model for 145 days. I missed the century mark which now seems so long ago. Now I know why there has not been a fairly accurate aftermarket kit of this ship. There has been 2 paper models being done and they are looking good.

I wonder if the design team made the ship this complex on purpose?

Well it appears that the majority of the big stuff is done. I just now have to add the surface details.

I did see a photo of a huge physical model they used for the crash sequence in the movie. Wow that thing looked good. I wonder what happened to that once the shooting was finished.

I decided to get a brass plaque made up. On it will be all the actors names and Joss of course. A couple of friends are going to the Flanvention convention and 8 of the actors will be there. Gina and Joss will not be there. It has cost quite a bit but I am going to have my friend get the actors to sign the brass plaque.

I will then place this on the base of the model when I am finished. I am not an autograph person but I thought this would be a very neat way to display the model.
