Laser cut sheet arrives. Unfortunately the material is too thin and melts the styrene in certain locations

A second sheet was laser etched and I am using this to aid in the cutting

Puttying

The laser cutting of the styrene sheet was supposed to save me loads of time. However it did not turn out the way I wanted and the sheet is practically useless. Some of the smaller parts were completely gone. I was hoping to use the smaller stuff for the various grills and the engine detail area. Now it looks like I will still have to cut stuff out by hand.
