The brass connection broke to the inside structure so I had put in a new rod and glue it all together. This was after failing to try and solder the joint together without melting the styrene housing.
Even more sanding and filing but the area is staring to look better and better.
The underside was also cleaned up a bit where it met the cargo area
Oh yes I finally finished the underside area of the nose section. I felt it was about time.
The other side
During the past week I was also rushed to finish a model car for the club I belong to. Finished that project which turned out OK and started another project. Ouch another project
