Putty added. The trick was to put the putty in and not try and trap the wing in there. I am still undecided if I want to glue the wing to the body or to make those parts separate

I have been following the paper models and they seem to be moving along nicely. A lot faster then my effort. I also noticed that I have been working on this for more then 100 days. One of those milestone things.

Now while working on the model I do sort of understand how some people produce garbage products. These things sure take a long time to get right. Looking at the mating points of the wings I noticed that the inside area and the end of the wings look like garbage. Of course it is not seen when everything is together but opened up it looks terrible. Easy for someone else to ask why I didn't spend some time there and clean it up.
