After looking at the images again I see there are a few problems with the underside shaping
I double check with this height gauge
I try and match up the left and right sides
Later on I discover that the flat surface I was using IS NOT FLAT. It flexes a bit and was giving me false readings. I lost quite bit of time trying to figure out what was wrong

Incredibly this area is out. It maybe only a few mm but to the eye it is obvious when I mark it with lines.
Finally from this view you can see the slight errors brought out by the lines drawn on the model
Why do you look at things hundreds of times and it looks fine but looking at it from a different view you can obviously see the errors. I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out where it was off. It was only after I started drawing lines that I was able to spot the problem.
