The vac formed parts have been cut out. One has a slight cut in it so hopefully that will not be seen when I use it for the backing
Casting a second engine. L-R, cast item. Master, newly cast item
Mid section second casting. These things are looking terrible and I am starting to hate these mould material and resin. I am having loads fo troubles
Second casting of the engine turkey feathers. This is also going badly and I am not sure what I am going to do. I may get a bunch of the old resin I am used to only for these parts. It is bothering me that large casting are turning out terrible. I am not sure if the heat of the curing process is the problem.
