My new portable work area. I am using the magnifying glasses as this thing is quite small. In fact it is the little rectangle thing in front of the glasses
Progress is slow as the parts are small. You can see the small detail pieces to be added make first with a punch set to get the curve on one side and then cut with an excto blade
I then use one exacto blade to hold the part in place as I apply some solvent glue with the tip of another exacto blade
I am not happy with the results as the excess glue mars the surface. Hard to see with the naked eye but in this magnified photo it is more obvious. Back to the drawing board
