Mule - Dec 27 2007
This is the start of a scratch build project of the Mule from the movie Serenity. Initial information showed that the scale I chose to be 1:18 but now it may turn out to be 1:20
Here is the start of the side panels. 5 sheets of 0.125 Styrene are laminated together so that all the pieces turn out the same. These parts are resting on the QMX blueprint reference pack I recently purchased
Here is the inside floor profile drawn out
I then used scrap styrene to make templates of the profile
This is used to make the floor
As each piece was added it was checked against the profile to make sure both sides were even and going as planned
Inside detail piece roughed out
Major clean up as the part is being refined
