Ok putting the prototype together here and you may notice some panels missing. Well they are missing because they are not the right size. Not sure how or why but they were not drawn correctly and hence not cut correctly. Thank goodness we do prototype our designs to make sure everything fits as well as possible
Little gap here where the middle piece is not big enough
The recessed side piece is slightly too small length wise. You can't even see it in the photo as it is the top corner. However it will be fixed
Overall view of what is assembled so far. The structure is a bit flimsy due to the size. Once all the panels have been put on it should be quite stiff

Here are some of the head pieces glued together. The bottom piece is only taped on
Not bad if I say so myself.
Seems to fit very well. An inner structural cross section did not fit well.
