Here is the frame made up of the resin floor and white metal sides. In front is white metal pedal base with PE pedals. Notice the tan section which is the portion of the base I had to carve away to let the rear suspension to fit in.

A second view of the large chunk I had to remove for the rear suspension

This is the closeup of the front suspension which took a bit of work to mke sure it was centered. The brass bar was added by me for the hose to connect the radiators

This is a closeup of the rear suspension. This section was a lot of headaches. The PE was brittle and it broke fairly esily. The white metal parts needed some fiddling with as wel as the body to get it to sit in properly. Instructions were vague and could have been clearer.

This is the underside of the rear suspension. I glued the exhaust pipes to the cross suspension PE piece. I am not sure if the instructions wanted you to do this or not but it does make the exhaust system more solid. It took a little fiddling to get the PE part on.

This is a closeup of the radiator with the brass rod I added. This rod was shown in the instructions but not included in the kit I had. The placement of the radiatr was not clear in the instructions but I just made sure that the PE parts that go on the side tanks would clear the pipes I added

Closeup of the steering wheel. I did not have references for the interior so I did not know if the dash was red or another colour. Instructions did not say what colour to paint it

A closeup of the front suspension, brass hose added and exhaust pipes. The exhaust pipes were too long so I had to cut them shorter and open up the holes in the body to get them to fit better. The front suspension is a bt rough. There is a couple of holes that looks like a shock absorber goes but this is not included in the kit. Once installe dit would be hard to see.

A closeup view of the vents moulded into the body. The body was fairly rough and needed cleaning up to look good. I used a technical pen to paint the panel lines and grills

The grill was a nicely PE parts. I should have test fitted this part before paiting. It turns out I had to do some grinding in the grill area to get it to sit in properly

Here are all the parts ready to put together. It is a very nice looking car and model but it took a bit of work to get there.
