Pattern is taped to the Styrofoam. A hobby knife is used to poke through to the Styrofoam to make impressions

The paper is removed and the small cuts are outlined with a black marker

Rough hot wire cut. Net is the sander. Hopefully the finish will be good enough that I do not need to use filler. For some odd reason this thing looks gross and indecent. Not sure why
