There is a notch in the frame for the arm carrier. The other side of the mounting holes should be already countersunk

The other side. I installed one of the machine bolts and held it in place with a nut. If you want you can use lock washers and washers also. Notice the small hole in the wing piece. This has to be opened up to make room for the coupling as seen in the picture.
