C3 Day 85 - Jan 25 2005
Now to put everything into styrene. After a few failed attempts at printing the scaled up drawings in full size all I managed to get was the back section. Since I wanted to continue my progress I went ahead with the back section before getting the rest of the plans to confirm it is all correct. A bit risky but I am working to a deadline.

The plans cut out and then taped to styrene sheet ready to cut out. All I had was 0.030 sheet and I did not want to wait until the weekend to get thicker stuff. On the plus side it will be lighter and I am banking on the foam giving it strength

Because of the large sections and the thin material it can be fairly flimsy. To counter this I had to add some bracing on the inside.
