CBC's Test The Nation

CBC has this annual IQ test that pit a variety of teams against each other. This is done live so the audience can also do the quiz at the same time. The teams were Politicians, atheists, believers, athletes, twins and Nerds. I was on the Nerds team. For the Nerds team they wanted people in costume, physicists, scientists etc. With the help of R2 I was able to get onto the Nerds team
A few weeks before the show they made a bunch of commercials of the various teams taunting the others. Here are some of us in the studio in costume in front of a green screen
On the day of the show most of the teams were in one large room getting ready. The celebrity contestants were in another room. Just before we had to go into the studio we wanted a group photo so here are the costumed nerds as well as some of the scientists. The blond girl in the black dress in front (Justine) is one of the assistant producers that picked the people for the Nerds team
Others came over and wanted personal photos with the costumed people. Some were a bit creative.

R2 and I with the trophy. Of course R2 didn't do the quiz but was there to hot the limelight. R2 was supposed to be involved in 2 segments but unfortunately due to time one of them got cut.
